Is Social Bookmarking really helps to improve rankings????

Hi i done lot of social bookmarking to my site but many of them are nofollow and some are dofollow but its not help me to improve keywords ranking can any one share some dofollow lists to me to improve keyword rankings

 

Social Bookmarking is good for link differetation and mainly for indexing your links very fast.

I can only talk about my results and the answer is a big YES.
Now I would say not all social bookmarking sites have the same power when it comes to rankings some are probably completely ignored by the big search engines because they are basically link farms. I would recommend getting your links bookmarked in real accounts on real sites that actually have traffic.
The best way to do this in my view is with socialadr or sites like it. Since using it I have better rankings and more importantly a lot more sign ups on my websites for my keywords. If you have any questions about it let me know, I have been using it for a while and am happy to help.
For those who do seo for a living this is very easy to add to your services as you can export the social bookmark account links for each link.
For me it pays itself no doubt about it.
