    The placement sucks, and you have the word "Reviews" over the AdSense ads which is misleading to site visitors and will get your AdSense account banned.

    If you're going for sidebar ad placement, I'd recommend choosing contrasting colors to your theme. Blend-in colors would work better if you placed the ads in line with your content.

    Just my $0.02! It's always better to test ad placements for a week or so - that's the only way you can know for sure what works for you.
