Is there a program that can log and save my Internet Speed and used bandwidth?

    Is there a program somewhere out there that will periodically, say once an hour test my internet speed and then log it to a graph?

    My current ISP seems to be letting me down, I'm only getting say 20% of the speed they tell me I should achieve and it's starting to get annoying.

    I've looked around but most of the software available doesn't look very reliable at all!

    I'm pretty sure NetLimiter can do it. I think the free version is all you need to do monitoring.

    Also, if you have an account at Speedtest.net, you can log your speeds. Not sure if there's an automatic mode or if you have to do it manually though.
