    is there any way to delete the thread created by the user?
    suppose after few days i don want my thread to be shown in this forum and edit option is not there ...then what will be the alternate to it? will i have to make a request to admin.

    In most cases, yes. Send an email or PM to Shawn (member DigitalPoint) with the reasons you'd like the thread or your posts in it deleted.

    I receive such requests on my forums from time to time -- most of them are valid and are honored, in my experience.
