I am now using a vps but that is just way to slow. ( check my Alexa speed!)
    http://www.alexa.com/data/details/ma...erdownload.net

Trailerdownload.net got about 12.500 to 17.500 visitors daily.

I am now looking into Deticaded servers: And i asked my current host ( Solarvps) what they can offer me and i was wondering if it was good enough.

    Celeron 1.7
    512MB RAM
    80GB Hard Disk
    cPanel
    1200GB Transfer per Month

for $95/mo but i need it managed so it will cost me a other $30 more.

Is this the right price and server for me or is it again way to slow and will it overload again way to quickly?

    Thanks for your help !

www.layeredtech.com is what I go with, I get 25+ requests per second on one of my servers (P4 3Ghz HT) and it runs fairly well. If you want, I can manage a server there for you. Add $45 to the server's base cost, $25 for cPanel, and $20 for the server management.

Or, if you buy a server directly from me, Make that +$25 +$15 for server management, becuase I currently get a discount from Layeredtech.

We're currently using 800hosting, and they have been very good. Pretty much 100% up time. Good support, and easy to contact by email or phone.

Using a Dual Xeon 3.0 Ghz processor, 2gb ram, 80gb hd, 180gb transfer, cpanel or plesk. Our server has its own 100mbps connection.

    About $170 / month.

Server is located in Dallas, TX, which is great for US websites because its in the middle of everything.

Anyway, a comparable server at rackspace or another expensive host would be about $500 - $600 / month.

I would highly recommend them. I also recommend rackspace, but they are definitely much more expensive.

I also have to agree that the celeron is probably not the way to go for you. A P4 or Xeon would be faster and would keep up with your needs if you grow, for much more than the celeron. Another important thing to look at is where the server is, and how good the connections into it are. Centrally located cities are the best places to host, because there are multiple, huge data lines going into them. We had a server in Canada, and while the server was great, the line comming into the town was terrible. A router in washington at an ISP went down, and we lost 1/2 the US from our server on that one event.
