Here is an email I received today. Sounds very appealing but Im wondering if what this person is doing legal? From the examples he provided he just wants to post adsense ready sites. What Im thinking is that he wants to do this to 1 get a subdomain on a site with a good PR and second because if I get banned from google, he won't give a shit.

Has anyone heard of this? What do you think?

    Hmmm...he will pay 500 bucks a month for 5 sub-domains?
And he will host the content on his servers?

What is wrong with this picture?
Sounds like he is trying to get into a site just to do bad things to it, or to use another site to show bad stuff..

I would delete the email and forget about it.

$500 a month is way too much for him to pay. Something is very fishy here.

Way too good to be true...worst case senario, you'll have the FBI knocking on your door wondering why your subdomain is serving child porn.

Here's the BLUF (bottom line up front) ... the clichè almost always proves itself true - if it sounds too good to be true, it is.
