On a serious note though, not taking sides but why did you send the pm in the first place, mike actually came out simply asking if he should perceive it as a threat or not. He at first actually did not want to say who said it, but after pressure put a link to it, so I don't believe it was to actually discredit or bad mouth you in the first place.

    Just a question ;)

Better than HBO though, and most of the football games I've watched so far this year, wow that's sad.

good question actually, thank you for asking:

He initially(before i ever said a word to the guy) sent me this PM:
what he posted of me to claim as a threat was my reply to his PM, hence why i said his comments are one-sided and slanderous.

I take offense to anybody who tries to discredit my marketing efforts by calling them spam or saygin that I'm cheating. Because this infact is not what I am doing. Please "mike", show me where I am "spamming" my way to the top of the search engines? Infact I am not at the top, please show me where I am at the top as well "mike".

Is spending 100's of hours working to gain business relationships and lin-partners spam? Not to mention, my link partners are not viagra websites, they are completely and exclusively relevant. As well, I am assuming his initial snide comment was in resuit of his jealously that I have a link pointing from pingoat to my non-profit web design blog? Please, show me where I am doing something that no hard working webmaster can do?

I haven't even seen your link from Pingoat. I've sent you a PM and suddenly your response is "you better be careful". I have no idea what to even be careful about. I am assuming it was some comment of mine from the past regarding something you did. Why don't you share in here with me and everyone what it was that you believe I should be "more careful about".

you ass-u-me that it was from somethign i did to you in the past? buddy your living in la-la land, I had never known who you were until you threw your big boisterous mouth at me.

when i said to be "careful" of what you say, i was referring to your blatant slander and malicious defaming that YOU INITIATED

I find it very funny how you have yet to give a straight answer/reply to any of my rebuttles, have I not replied directly to your false claims? I have.

I am guessing you are a young guy, am I right? 14-18, is that right? Age doesnt mean much however I dont know of any adults or professionals who go abotu business this way?

psst...mike, I am really looking forward to your straightly-answered reply, why dont you give your tiny little brain a few hours to roll around and think of something intelligent to say that would accomplish a straight answer?

Haven't read any of the other posts, besides the first one in this thread.

I Don't think that qualifies as a threat. If someone online told me to watch my attitude, i'd laugh and tell them to f*ck off.

What are they gonna do?!? Type me to death *Shakes*

BUT...Why did the person even need to send you that? There's no smoke without fire, so maybe you deserved thus comment if you did make malicious suggestions towards whoevers hard work it was.

    That is all.

er how is that a 'malicious suggestions'??!!! It looks more like he was just asking you what your plan was to be in the first page, so both of you could be there!!! I don't think he was even thinking of the word spam!! Then you suddenly sent him this....

Trying to get trade secrets from the competition is part of business!!!! :D You can tell us your plan now and together we will dominate the first page together! I'll take results #1-5 and you can have #6-100!!!! :D er that might be spam!!! :D SPAM is yummy. It isn't good, it's GREAT!!! :D

Actually, "Mikes" post came as a confused question.

I know "Mike" and success is not something he currently has to chase so maybe it is "you" that isnt making much sense here.

You could have just popped in and cleared up the confusion with a simple post explaining what happened. Instead it seems as though you want to start an argument over stupid shit that doesnt really matter in the real world.

    My two cents.

I'm not thinking anything, not before you answer telling us exactly what you think I did. This is pretty pointless. Until you show me concretely where I have discredited your "hard work marketing efforts" (is that a new word for spam), there is absolutely no need to respond to your pointless distribution of hot air.

Its possible that I may have mis-understood his initial PM to me, however to me it appeared as though his intentions were sarcastic and insulting, that is his fault, not mine

however if he really just wanted to join the "marketing party", then yea I am all for that, problem solved

We're all adults here, there is no need for a public slanging match.

    Sort it out in PM.

Or we could all kiss, make up & bump uglies. That sounds much funner!
