    i m thinking to place a link unit right below my google custom search box...
    so is this acceptable according to adsense TOS ???
    or i have to label those links to Advertisements which i dont want to do...

    According to google tos, you can't modify google adsense code.. and putting your own link would be against that..

    I still didn't get the reason to put your own link there? That is your website you can place the link where ever you like, why into that code?

    bro, i dont wanna put my own link list i wanna put adsense link unit below search box...
    i dont think i have to alter google codes i just wanna put right below where search script ends...
