    I have placed 300*250 ad unit in the top of the posts. Here is an example.

    I just want to know is this ad placement against the TOS? Please advice, Thanks in advance :)

    Thanks all for your responses :)

    I was just curious about this since I came across somewhere(I cannot remember exactly where) someone mentioning that these kind of ad placement against the adsense TOS, It's because the ads are placed prior to any content, that was the point he was making. But I have seen so many people do these kind of ad placement in their sites :)

    It's a legal way of placing your ads. You can also place your ads in the body of your post just like this site.
