    Hello all,

In search of better ad placement, I came across this site http://www. dvda.org (yes, I agree, bad URL), and I'm wondering if their firefox ad is against TOS? Namely, the title above it? Even if it's not a real Google ad, allowed?

The firefox ad is not part of google, its part of firefox affiliate system. There is no violation on that page. The only questionable part of the page is the lable above the google ads, however its not encouraging anyone to click, so I can't really see google having a problem with it.
