    It read;

Nope, that would be an AdSense ban if they were reported. Yet another reason not to use Content in your AdWords campaign

Is it wrong if I report them?!?

I'm not a grass, but I think thats a pretty wanky thing he's doing.

Especially when there's all you guys, with Adsense all over your sites and you'd never ask anyone to click on it.

They may just not have read the TOS. If its a forum where you have a bit of involvement, you could PM them back and let them know that they could be banned for it.

Personally I would see their reaction before reporting them. If they sent another PM taking it back then I would leave it be.

If they said they didn't care, I would probably let Google know only because that all comes out of AdWords advertisers pockets.

    They know it's wrong.

It's a forum made up of stupid people, no offense to stupid people, but they will all click on the ad's innocently, and i Reckon he knows that. AH HA Little did he know that A DP goer was amongst the members and would know it's wrong and he could be banned for it.

    Anyway thanks guys! x

ps: LOL @ Wella :D How hard is it to spell a 5 letter word correctly :p...

I would definately report it as they are actually defrauding Google and you have proof via PM.

Personally since they have that attitude I would take screenshots of the PMs and either forward them to Google or post them here along with the url.

This type of flagrant fraud is ridiculous and AdSenseAdvisor, who reads and posts here, might make an example of their behaviour.

DCT I was just about to post that lol.

I have to admit that I am worried about adding adsense to my rugby forum in case the members click on the ads excessively. By excessively I mean click on the other than they would normally to access stuff they are interested in.

OTOH I don't want to tell them to temper clicking ads as that will reduce income and limit response to the advertisers... I guess I am paranoid.. tooo much LDS in the sixties made me paranoid and dyslexic <joke>

Ignorance is no defence in a case. But to knowingly and deceptively encourage fraudulent clicks is worse.

LOL @ "I guess I am paranoid.. tooo much LDS in the sixties made me paranoid and dyslexic" :D

<pet peeve #999>You can't refer to someone as "they" when it's only one individual as in the present example -- "they" is plural" -- use "he", "she", "s/he", "one", or "it"</pet peeve>
