    It has all scraped and re-written content, but the content is not in the best english.

    Is this content useful at all for the site? Or should i scrap it, and try to use the scraped content to make back links?

    IMO, no. Users are not going to want to read it. When they see the bad English they will leave the site. Nice domain name though.

    So you think its better to remove it all, put in real content, then use that content to make backlinks?

    anyone know good places to post them and get links?

    ATM i use triond.com, and Weefi.net

    Most certainly. Google is real strict on quality these days. Plus you got a good name, I could see that site being really successful if you put the time into and quality content. It's a good niche.
