    Hi,

Hope you get my point from the subject but here i explain it little bit more.
Maybe some very good earning member will answer this or any good who knows what i am asking.

I am running different websites and all are giving good enough. I am in profit and have recovered my investment and making new profit everyday.

I have some more ideas in my mind and know they will work in good way because the idea never been implemented online before.

Offcourse i do not have enough funds to start this new business project so if i sell my old websites for raising some funds....do you think it's good step? I think again n again that if i sell and the new project does not go well then i will also lose my old business but who knows what's next :)

I would like to know the experience of big bros :)

    Thanks

    Hi
If you are thinking of selling a profitable business (on or off line) to fund a new business, think carefully. It is a common practice, and can be a very good way to generate start-up capital for a new venture.
But, when doing this, you should research the new idea very well indeed. I would spend my time researching the new idea, whilst saving current proffits, so hpefully you only have to sell 1/2 of you existing sites to fund the new one.
This way, you have your eggs in more than one basket, and if the new one does fail, you have a small safety net.

Hope this helps, and good luck with the new idea!

Selling a total online business is mostly for just 8-10 times the monthly profit......I would never sell my websites for that amount in fact I would and want to buy as much as I can (low budget) because if you wait for a year you have your investment back...that is so fast

Offline a business is worth 10 times the yearly profit. I think it is only a matter of time that an online business will rise in price.

I would sugest against selling ...instead save your money and spread your costs over the next months or maybe see if you can do a partnership on your new project.

    just my 2 eurocents

You both are telling the right things.

I am also in online not talking about offline business. So the advice is to save money and then start new project n don't sell old business.

BTW what do you expect if a new site making $300 every month and how much it can make after a year or two? offcourse search engine will give it good ranking and all.
