    Advertising (learn more)

Advertise virtually anything here, with CPM banner ads, CPM email ads and CPC contextual links. You can target relevant areas of the site and show ads based on geographical location of the user if you wish.

Starts at just $1 per CPM or $0.10 per CPC.

Is this implementation cool with TOS?

The separator is what they ask for when using images but it's the text which when reading left to right insinuates that the Google ad is your "Featured Free Flash Game" and I'm sure it aint.

so you are saying that if i removed the text and simple left the image with separator and the ad link that would be alright?

I wish they had some live support chat sort of thing. I am sure they could afford it making all them billions they bring in from getting 60% just from OUR clicks alone :).

I guess I willl have to drop them a note and see what they tell me this time =]

Nobody is attempting to get you banned here mate.

As said before the text is misleading because it looks like a whole but you insisted not to remove the text and thought the seperator would be enough.

Just contact them again with the same page but now with the text removed.
And verify the legality of usage of this implementation once more.

We give advice to help out and not to sabotage

well apparently placing the image without any sort of text separated by a border from the ad is still illadvised by Adsense:

So I dont know how so many out there get away with it, or maybe it is just my case that is unique, not sure, but have to obey the G, not worth it losing so much money over little thing like that!

Then you would have to use more generic images.
Like for instance a detailed close up shot of an game console joystick but not the joystick in it's whole but a part from it.

Images are allowed but you can't have distinquished images that portrait a presentation of a brand product.

For instance your site is about iPods then don't place iPods as images but a person smiling with an head set on but in such a way you really can't tell what the product is so that no co-relation with the ad can be made.

The image that i noticed was kind of border line, i wasn't sure if it was allowed or not. Maybe for some people it's recognizable but for me it was just an image of an animation.

Images are allowed but usage can be a bit tricky.
