Is this label for refferal units allowed?

i'm 80% sure that this is allowed since i've read thread(s) that google apparently allowed us to label their refferal link ads like firefox, picasa, etc.

Are we allowed to place a text above/label it with the text "Downloads" or "Highly recommended downloads"?

Please review my refferal ad placements on my new site www.myspacecharm.com

Hope aomeone can help give me peace of mind. thanks in advance. :)

The labels Best Browser and Photo Software is Ok. No compliance with Google TOS.
