    I need some help on this one... I've tried several ads arrangement, and following several advises i decided to give this one a try, but i don't know if i'm violating the TOS and if this is well blended and recomended!

    I think it's against the TOS to hide the line where it says they're google-ads - if you don't replace that line with some other way of letting users know it's an advertisement.
