    I have removed the image with the tick and placed image without it. Do you think it is ok now or should I remove the image completely?

    Nothing wrong with drawing attention to the ads! I'd email them and ask if it's ok. Seriously, get the ok from the horses mouth. You can read all day about people saying you cant do this and that, but at the end of the day only google can say if it's allowed.
