Is YSM comparable to Adwords, feature wise?

    hey all

i'm lookin into creating an account with YSM, and before i even drop that initial $5 for registration or what have you, i was curious how it compares to Adwords?

not the traffic it produces but its features, such as the
1- excel editor function in adwords,
    2- the dynamic keyword insertion
3- quality scoring for the landing page to lower PPC?

how does yahoo determine how much you pay per click, and are the methods of lowering it in adwords applicable for YSM?

    thanks in advance

    :)

I have recently started with yahoo. I should say Google has a better keyword management and matching options. At the same time you can get updated data in every 3 hours whereas you need to wait the next day on Yahoo. That is all I can say now.

Google is light years ahead in terms of user tools, (adwords editor), and campaign management. Yahoo and MSN are both trying to catch up.

You can do bulk uploads to YSM. You can have dynamic keyword insertion in the ad copy for YSM and QS is still in its infancy with YSM so applying adwords principles may work, but I'm sure YSM has thrown their own spin into it.

As of now I am comparing the two ppc networks. For being user friendly, I'll go with Adwords. Another thing is, for YPN I need to wait 1 day to see stats, like what leony said. And one more thing, you have to wait for editorial review before your ads are being seen.
