What he said and make sure to set a low daily limit and check your logs for the sites where your ads are appearing to cut out the MFA sites.

I just signed up for YSM the other day and talked to one of the support guys about it (the sign up process) over the phone. He specifically told me to turn content network off because they haven't perfected it yet. He said atm it's a really good way to lose some money. So I guess he's not recommending it for the time being.

For me, all I got were a lot of hits from parked domains with zero conversion whatsoever. Content network as the name said but not a single content visible on those pages. Avoid it while you can, save the money for something else.

It tends to take a higher bid to get any traction on the YSM content network. And there are mixed reviews of the traffic quality. Tread lightly.

As UK YSM advertiser I see some clicks for 1-5p from the content networked sites. The bids are 60-90p and experted cost per click is about 50-60p. I have received an email from YSM that states they have adjusted thier system to reflect actual conversion. So that clicks from "partners" may cost 10-20 times cheaper then ones from yahoo search. I hope this work. Any comments on the new system are welcomed.

I hate it. You cant even get any traffic on it because it's broken now. All advertisers cannot add any new ads to the system till they upgrade. Stupid. Bad business....

    Yahoo has great potential.

    It's totally mismanaged.

Converts well, costs more and EVERYTHING takes days.

I put an AD campaign on at 7pm PST and at 9 Am the following morning its still pending.

When MSN buys them and cleans out the staff it will be awesome!

They need to add placement targeting.

There is traffic to be had. Unfortunately, it is sometimes low converting.
