Pakistans govt(mushaf personally) has said that it would not hand over Bin Laden even if he stays in Pakistan - out of fear of the people. Nice excuses.

More and more muslim states especially the radicals intimating Pakistan, because it has nukes, using their common religion in the negotiation to gain favour to create a worldwide Kalifat (with bin ladens advice) - so would that be good or bad?
