    AOL is now advertising and marketing a new service that claims to keep their users free from all malware. They are selling into the desire of computer users to be free from Malware/Spyware/Adware.

    Now it looks like governments will start putting pressure on all ISP's to invest in technology to intercept many of these damaging programs.

    Who is responsible, Microsoft, ISP's or the government itself who is looking to place the blame on ISP's for the security problems that exist today?
