Maybe they could start by using alternative fuels and stop driving their SUV's and private jets. Gotta love Hollywood. They're bored.

Hey, I'm all for the environment, I just don't believe in global warming. At least not in any other sense than a "natural phenomena".

Don't own an SUV, am converting my car to natural gas, own a motorcycle, and recycle. I pretty much do my part.

Where is Hollywood when it comes to:

Aids
Teen pregnancy
drug abuse
racism
gangs
toning down violence and sex in the movies "they" make?

Not trying to be a party pooper here, but we have some real problems in the world that center more around human behaivor that should be attended to.

I still believe we have little or no impact on the temperature of earth. The sun cycles through warmer and cooler cycles. How do we explain global warming happening right now on venus and mars? Is that America's fault too? When Mt. St. Helen's blew her lid she spewed more greenhouse gasses than all of the cars ever driven combined and into the next 100 years or so. The sun spotting causes more fluctuation in tidal frequency than our plants do, lastly while the artic is shrinking the antarctic is growng.

I can't think of a dumber thing to crusade against than mythical global warming. People thought Don Quixoite was crazy... At least the windmill was there.

So much bad "science" revolving around global warming it is impossible to take any of it seriously. Everything seems to fall in fairly reasonable levels over the earth's life span.

Global Warming is just another attempt for human beings to give themselves much more credit than they deserve. It is a way to make ourselves feel powerful and in control of our environment, when clearly we are not. Mother Nature is much more capable than we are by many order of magnitude. It is hubris to think we can have some kind of massive impact like melting the planet. It is absurd.
