Buying Journalism / News Writer

Hi,
I need 3 articles per day, 5 days per week. Each article needs to be 350-500 words per article. I only need quality work. The articles will be about real estate news in the Philippines only. Do not apply if you cannot research this topic well enough to get 3 articles per day, 5 days per week. If you are from the Philippines, that is a bonus because I am sure you will be better versed with the locality of the niche. While it should go without saying, I just want to be clear that the articles must be able to pass any copyscape type check, they must be current news, and they must be about real estate in the Philippines.


You need the following qualification to Apply:-
* Must have atleast 10 itraders
* Show me a sample of previous articles, preferably something that had to do with real estate in some way.
* You should have Yahoo Messenger.
* Must be Punctual and able to consistently deliver 3 articles every day, 5 days per week.

Payment:-
I will pay via paypal, or direct deposit into your bank if you are local to the Philippines. I prefer to pay weekly for these articles, or even monthly since they will be needed on a consistent basis. However, if you are only willing to take payment per word or per article, I will try to work something out as well.

Please send a PM with your information, sample articles, rates, and a little bit on why I should choose you. Price is not the only reason that I will be hiring--I would prefer to pay more than what is standard for someone who can deliver the quality of work I need as well as having a strong relationship between you as the service and me as the client. This is meant to be a very long term project.
