    I think it looks good.
    However i would give the top adsense ad a with background color. This way it doesn't look like an add an people will click it more. Means more money for you of course.

    i don't like very bright red color can you make it little dark red that may suits site.and whats that on top of page red bar its useless i guess.

    the colors of ads are slightly different from the ground of where the ads are. other than its good.
