I think you need to check the view using Firefox. It seems that there is a wide empty space on the right hand side. The color scheme of using light blue and orange doesn't seem to match. Maybe another set of colors. Just my suggestion.

Placement should be ok but the ads color doesn't quite blend in well.

I am happy to hear you have started an arcade website. I have a Free Online Arcade Games site of my own called PlayPassGames. If you want to link exchange or hard link exchange just pm me. If you need any help with anything you can also PM me.

I'm not a big fan of that design. I would stick with phpAS (php arcade script). I use arcadescript.com's script, but it loads very slow and is VERY HARD to modify since they don't have a template available. Many of the top arcades use phpAS. Right now I think the latest version (phpAS 4) is only like 40 bucks or something. phpAS 3 is the easiest version to modify. I don't think it is available anymore though.

Hope this helps. This should give you a little knowledge.

To start out you need to exchange links with a lot of other arcade websites. This will help your PR and google rankings.
