    I don't think if I was looking for a Mortgage in Kansas I would PM a stranger that posted like that. I'm sure there are plenty of more attractive brokers in that top 10.

    I'd say he is wishing he put a link to his Kansas Mortgage Company instead of spamming us. That you can quote! ;)

    Now back to kansas: If I was looking for a mortgage broker, loan agent or real estate professional, I would not PM someone thru a forum :rolleyes:

    But: figgure this thread gets a large amount of traffic. Out of let's say 5,000 hits, someone might :cool:

    Well I'd say your wrong there, at least for serps we are in Kansas :) Though I wonder what mortgage borkers, quoters and planners residing in Kansas will think when they realise that this wonderful thread about Kansas Mortgage Brokers steals all their traffic?

    Anybody that has any spare weight to direct to this thread? We should be able to get some first positions if we all contributed some :D

    Do you really think terms like Mortgage Broker , Kansas Mortgae Broker and Mortgages in Kansas get 5,000 hits a day!

    I would be amazed although I hear their is a lot of real estate in Kansas. Every time I see a picture its just crammed with houses. :cool:

    I used to live on Fort Riley. Worked in Junction City & Manhattan. Only good thing there is the Kansas State University. Those people are fanatical about their wildcats! Half the town including half of most houses are painted purple! One of the worst two years of my life... but hey real estate there is pretty cheap. ;)

    Don't worry about quotes, quotes are being asked for by undecided people who shop around for the best mortgage quotes and won't buy a home loan or mortgage until they have been looking though many mortgage brokers' web sites and plans.
