Keeping track of clients...

    Hello, First time poster, long time reader...

    Just wondering what the concensus was on the best way to keep track and manage communications between my hosting company and my clients. I have a dedicated server running cpanel. And I do all of my billing/payments via paypal subscriptions.

    This was the easiest way to get started but I feel like I have outgrown this system and need a better way to keep track of clients. From time to time domains need to be renewed or paypal subscriptions will be cancelled and its hard to track down what domain the email address is attached to since the paypal email address is frequently NOT the contact address for the hosting client.

    I have recently started using quickbooks and was thinking about buying their customer manager software.

    Any help would be very much appreciated.
