Learning Wordpress Theming

    I'm thinking about creating my own wordpress themes for a couple of my sites. What is the best way to go about this? I've read that some people prefer using child themes and others use Bootstrap. Does anyone have an opinion on what they feel is the best way to do it?

    If you have good knowledge in wordpress means you can try on your own or otherwise, you can hire wordpress developer to make your site with responsive one.
