    What functionality should it have? Please explain. Should it be specific? In other case you can use any article script..

    e107 has a library management plugin ... e107.org and e107coders.org - dont know if thats what you are after... But the site you are pointing to looks just any CMS could do it.

    www.opensourcecms.com go to CMS and try some out...

Many options- display latest poems, members registration, easy to understand admin panel, polls, news, private messaging system between poets, different categories for your poems like (sad, funny poems, etc.) and many many many more features..

    Give it a try.. Besides, xooarticles team offers custom modifications for the software... I think it's very good way for you to go
