Link selling prices for PR is this chart correct?

In the past I got this chart for the value of links to buy & Sell based on the PR. Do you think this price is accurate?

Pr 0 = cannot sell
Pr 1 = $1 per month
Pr 2 = $2 per month
Pr 3 = $2.50 to $4 per month
Pr 4 = $ 4 to $10 per month
Pr 5 = $9 to $20 per month
Pr 6 = $15 to $40 per month
Pr 7 = $50 to $200 per month
Pr 8 = $200 to $1000 per month
Pr 9 = $1000 to $5000 per month
Pr 10 = $5000 to $20,000 per month

 

In my opinion there is no overall chart with what a (back)link or ad is worth. The value depends on so many factors like niche, visitors, pageviews, position etc...

Also would only be a pagerank worth so much? There are websites with a pagerank 8 or 9 with not that much visitors, if you ask me those arent worth xxx or xxxx dollar...

 

But if you exchange with the pr 8 or 9 and get a pr 8 or 9 on your next update then you're site is worth a lot more pending you have a lot of traffic.

With a backlink from a webpage with the pagerank 8 or 9 you wont get a equal pagerank. It helps you ranking but getting instant highranked no! There are more factors then just a high PR what have influence on your ranking.

And you want to pay to get a high pagerank? Or you want to pay for a good result in the searchengines? Or are you paying for traffic?

My point is, with $1000 you can get a lot more then just one backlink from a PR8 website. If I had to spend $1000 and could choose between advertising or a PR8 website I knew what I would do for my business. With some smart advertising you can reach a lot of people. If your website is good enough (and that should be if you were thinking to spend that kind of cash) backlinks will come anyway.

You won't have a pr8 after spending $1000 fro backlinks.

 

Maybe not but at the end its all about sales and not what pagerank you got. My point was that you can reach a bigger targetted audience with that kind of money.

Beside you wont have a PR8+ after spending $1000 for a single PR8 or PR10 backlink either..

 

I would charge double your rates for PR1 to PR3. Low PR links are very good value for money for SEO

 

iam selling PR5 for $15/ 3 month

 

A big factor is how many outbound links there are from the page. Correct me if I'm wrong, but a link from a PR5 page that only has one outbound link is worth more than a link from a PR6 page with 100 outbound links.
