    Just trying to get a feel for how much a link or banner would be worth on a site that see's 15-20 million page views/ month and 2.5 million uniques/ month.

    Its a site based on tv shows and what not. Something similar to sidereel but with NO advertisements yet.

    They are selling banners and links and they told me to make them an offer. What is fair?

    20 millions views? that's a huge site mate; the price will depend on what you plan to do with it - SEO value vs. real traffic?

    although it does have some authority in the search engines im banking on converting the traffic. So still... what would this link be worth to you guys?

    It might be worth getting your site assessed professionally as any opinion on here could grossly undervalue or overvalue it. If you do a search im sure there are reputable services for doing such things that don't cost a fortune. Plus anything you do with the site i.e. promote or eventually sell will have more weight if it has had a proper evaluation.
