    Chelsea lost! Google!!

*Holds his hands up in shame - was terribly wrong in predicting a 3-0 battering*

I agree with Mourinho though... And this doesn't happen often but the best team lost yesterday.

AS IF Liverpool are going to beat AC (or PSV).

But fair play to them, I hope they go all the way now else it was a waste yesterday...

    Cheeky brat!

Liverpool were definitely the best team yesterday. Chelsea had no wing attack whatsoever. They kept playing everything down the middle and couldn't get through the mighty Liverpool defence. Carragher was superhuman!

I hope by the time the final comes Cisse will be fit to play the whole game. When he came on he was much more of a threat than Baros.

I reckon AC Milan will win tonight and I reckon that will be an extremely tough final match but we'll have Gerrard and Alonso in the centre midfield as well as Cisse so it will be an even stronger team than what played last night.

I'll tell you something though... I can't wait for the final!!! :)

Save it will you? Apart from the (which wasn't a) goal, they haven't seen Chelsea's goal while it was Chelsea on the attack CONTINUOUSLY! OK they lacked in the final touch but Liverpool done nothing but defending sheepishly.

Carragher was the man of the match indeed. He was well good.

    Good look to them though!

I reckon the linesman did Chelsea a favour awarding the goal because if it hadn't been a goal it would have been a penalty and Czech sent off and Chelsea would have had 10 men for 86 minutes and probably 1 - 0 down.

It wasn't as Chelsea continuously on the attack as you have made out. The possession of the ball was 50-50 but we did defend more than attack once we had the goal but why be critical of a winning tactic? If Chelsea had gotten a goal we would have lost on goal difference!

    too right Weir.
should have been sent off, and a penalty against
    (which they would have scored)
    ... 1 nil ..with 10 men ..86 mins.... would have been 5-0 :D

I was hoping PSV go through I fancy our chances a lot more than against Milan but you know, if the lads can hold it together Cisse should be match fit by then Carra might give us another 190% match I dont know.. They looked shaky in defense against PSV, so we might be able to get in with a shot. Milan havent been playing well these past couple of weeks but theres a while yet until the final..

I don't mind everyone writing Liverpool off against Milan, we weren't supposed to beat Leverkusen but we did, nobody gave us a hope of beating Juve or Chelsea, but here we are in the final. Looking at Milan yesterday they have some awesome players but I wasn't particuarly impressed considering they got beaten 3-1. Again, I think it'll go either way, a tight 1-0 I predict.
