Cops say snow rage made man batty

First there was road rage, then rink rage. Now it’s snow rage.
A Braintree man allegedly attacked his neighbor in the middle of Sunday’s spectacular blizzard after the neighbor complained about some unneighborly snowblowing.
Nicholas Marchione’s father was using a snow blower Sunday around 9 a.m. at his Liberty Street home, apparently redirecting the powdery white stuff onto his neighbor’s driveway, police said.
When his 55-year-old neighbor complained, Marchione the younger went into his garage, brought out a baseball bat and smacked his neighbor in the back, according to Braintree Police Deputy Russell Jenkins.
The victim was bruised but not seriously injured, police said.
Police were called and arrested Marchione, 42, who also allegedly threatened an officer on the way to the station.
“It’s very scary,” said one neighbor who didn’t want her name used in fear of retaliation.
She said Marchione has been a difficult neighbor at times, but never to the point of physically attacking anyone.
“That’s kind of crossing the line,” (You think? (SIC)she said. “That’s the first he’s gone after anybody like that.”
She said the neighbor first approached Marchione’s father from his side of the fence and asked him to quit blowing the snow his way. She speculated that the elder Marchione may have been doing it on purpose. “He could have aimed anywhere,” she said. “He chose to hit the house.”
A message left at the victim’s home last night was not returned.
Marchione was held Sunday on $20,000 cash bail. He was arraigned yesterday in Quincy District Court on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and making threats

    Hilarious.

You'd be pissed if someone was blowing their snow onto your driveway though.

...but you could come up with something more creative than a baseball bat, like perhaps replacing theirs with yellow slow or letting the dog crap there or something.

    I dunno.
