Locating LLC owner contact information

I need to find the owner of a domain. I can't seem to get the tool at www.sunbiz.com to do the job. Anyone got experience with that? I have the domain and the LLC info listed with it.

 

What state is the LLC in?

 

I know in our state, wisconsin, there is a website that will list everything you need to know about the LLC.

 

The link is for Florida LLC's. I may be wrong and the comapny is no longer an llc.

My problem is the serach, it's not very intuitive. I was hoping maybe someone had used it and had some tips.

I don't know about LLC's but I have traced some domain name owners when the whois info was useless, it can be a real task sometimes and you need to think outside the box.

I know a guy that has had to use translators for phone calls to india to try and get hold of a domain owner, sometimes letters/searching forums/school reuinion websites etc can all be used but it depends what info you have on the domain owner. I had a domain I was after and had a first/surname but all email addresses were useless, I eventully found a profile page for him on a SETI website, all for nothing in the end as he wouldnt sell but it was fun

 

Cool, I have some personal information. I will try those areas for better data on the person. I know who I want, the town and a few other things. I just need a little more data.

Thanks, I will check that out. However as I said, I found my guy.

 

Good advice, we found them through their mortage information with the county. They are not an LLC though, it's just a ficticious name they filed to do business.
