    What dose "TU" got to do with "IT Service"? The font and text effect look good, also the drawing is interesting but it's not making any sense.

    It is kind of hard to see. What does the logo represent?
    Good logo has a strong, balanced image with no little extras; is distinctive and bold in design, making it easy to see at a glance;
    has graphic imagery that looks appropriate for your business;works well with your company name; is done in an easy to read font;communicates your business clearly!!! and looks good in black and white, as well as in color.

    hehe good found kaltek. In my opinion rizamu, a logo is more than an automatic text and copy image. If you cant find any creative thing just do some sketches on paper, and it will come out. You can make an icon which accents your target or etc.. The logo sites on the above can help you as he said.

    You need to lose the hooded man altogether, especially since it is 'borrowed'. Not only that, but unless you offer IT services that are dark/ evil/ black hat, having a hooded dude is not a good way to get clients.
    Along those same lines the font should be changed. Looks kind of scary/ from a horror film.
    As others have said look around and see what other IT firms are doing. You don't want to copy them or anyhting but your company logo should at least fit within your market.

    Beat me to it kaltek! LOL

    The hoodie needs to go and so do the photoshop filters. The typography also needs to be improved. There are so many things which need work on this logo to make it something viable.

    Also this article is a good read on things which differentiate an illustration, design, type from a logo
