    If you look at this ad 2 paragraphs down the page in the text. I think it is always "fatloss4idiots.com" it looks very interesting to me.

    Refresh the page a few times. It displays differently. The title is also bigger than the other text.

    Can anyone tell me how it is done?

    That is a link text ad I believe. It is one of the ad formats in google. I could be wrong... but just look at all the ad formats google offers and look for that one.

    Its changed now. I will get an image of it when I next see it.

    It was one ad with massive header text and I have not seen anything like it before.
