    Joomla is easy to do this with I have been looking at drupal for the last 2 weeks I still cant figure it out lol its confusing

    It all depends. If you don't mind it looking like a blog, and just need a place to post stories to, then Wordpress may not be too bad of an idea. The main thing is it is easy to set up and use. Not quite as easy to seriously customize, but that's a different issue.

    Joomla or Drupal are options as well, but are a bit more complex than Wordpress for regular story posting, and can be quite a bit more complex if you want to extend the functionality of them.

    I really need more information before strongly recommending anything.

    Oh well I mean if you just want to submit stories use wordpress but if you want to build a community that all submit stories wordpress wont do this as far as i know

    Yeah... I want to build a community.. ya know... start with about 20 or 30 stories I've wrote and allow others to contribute.

    Yea then you want to use something like joomla or drupal if you are farmiliar with php etc

    Try out drupal I highly recommend it I have been messing with it the last 2 weeks it takes some time to learn how to use it properly but once you figure it out its very easy.

    Its perfect especially for what you are wanting....
