Looking for a script/open source program for a picture website

    Hey everyone im in the process of starting a new website and I need free coding/program/script for it.

    Something like this website
    http://www.funnyjunk.com/funny_pictures/5364/Cozy+Breakfast+Time/

    Pretty much I am looking for something that when the user goes on it there is a picture. And when the user clicks next it is another randomly displayed picture and so on and so forth. I also need a rating system for the pictures on the website and somewhere where users can view the top 10 viewed and rated. Adding comments also would be cool.

    Also some way that users can upload their own pictures and add it to the site would be amazing also.

    Isn't in your list but coppermine photo gallery is probably a good starting point. Or any of the photo gallery scripts, should be at least 2 or 3 available on your webhost via fantastico.
