I have a large portfolio of websites that I have been link building for and have managed to position them real well in the SERPS. I mainly partake in long-term link building efforts where the links will stick and last, despite Google updates and algorithm changes. If you are looking to pay for higher quality services than traditional link building I can offer you monthly guest posts on high PR relevant blogs and additional links built on top of those. I've been doing this for awhile and it may be slow at first but once you begin to build a base of solid posts your rankings will climb quickly. I don't put out garbage content though, these will be brand building posts with just 1, possibly 2 links.
