looking for a simple ticketsystem with email gateway

    After i spend the whole last night searching for a ticketsystem that fits my demands, i want to try to ask you guys for your experience.
    heres what i need:

    -one user
    -convert incoming emails to tickets
    -convert answers to tickets into emails
    -simple to use
    -ability to make some minor designchanges
    -easy to install (php/mysql basis)
    -(loginshare)

    my budget for this would be 50 dollar (onetimebuy) and i would prefer not to install something huge like sugarcrm or otrs. Loginshare would be great for my shop, but i guess i have to pay more for this feature. something like kayakos eSupport with much less features and a lower price would be what i need


    any suggestions?
