Looking for a store locator as well as a glossary / dictionary scripts.

Can anyone recommend me two scripts that I've been looking for?

    1. A store locator of some type. I'd like the ability for users to search for certain types of stores in their area either by state, though the ability to search by zip would be nice as well.

    2. A glossary/dictionary script where users can click on a letter or search for a term and find what the term or word means.

I've found a site therczone.com that uses something similar to what i'm looking for.

    Any recommendations?

http://www.phpdictionary.com <== this may meet your requirement

However, I want a dictionary scrip, which can provides user an ability to add their owner word definition and view/edit/delete their owner word definition.
If anyone can make a script like that, please email me (vnmarser@gmail.com) your quotation. I can pay!!!
