    I wanna ask you all people for a certain realty company offering homes with a one to two-year warranty.

    This is for the assurance that homes made are concrete enough and have a high standard of quality materials being used.

    Please give me your known realty for my reference. thanks.

    It is actually offer as an option, and usually for one year.
    On the contract, you may or may not accept the warranty.
    One year warranty usually goes for $300-$400..

    I haven't met a developer who isn't negotiable on EVERYTHING. Find the property you want and negotiate.

    realty has something to do with owning property/home. So usually when you hear the word "realty" you know ppl are talking about houses. I'm not sure about its exact definition myself... and I live in America!
