Looking for advise on selling Oil tanker Ship

Hey guys,

I was requested by one of my friend to seek for a buyer to buy a oil tanker ship which is for sale at $29 million. Would like to know whether there are any possibilities to get any buyers online? Need a piece of advise on where can i seek for buyers... Hopefully your advise would help me greatly!!

You're best sticking it on a site like that.

 

The ship is a oil tanker with very high DWT compared to the normal ones!! The manufacturing year is like around 1990's.

 

If you are facing diffiiculties in selling Oil tanker Ship, you can visit any good freelance site and hire the workers. They will find the best selling spot for you.

 

I don't think digitalpoint is the right place for seeking help with selling an oil tanker...

I just had to lol when i saw the thread. I doubt that many people here have had experienced with selling boats of that size. I think that there would be many brokerage firms that would specialise in selling it, and would have contacts to know who to call to move it.
I did some googling and found a few sites that do sell ships, but noone that i can particularly recommend, and i didnt find anything that you couldnt find in 2 seconds.

It covers oil tankers, i think similar years to what you mentioned (1992 / 1994) and here is a quote on the sale price:

And no, i dont know how much ships are worth in scrap. For all i know it might be close to what your looking for.

 

#7 has the right idea, just search the net, however definitely list it on all major sites ebay, craigslist and all the boat, yacht etc club sites. After that do soma cold calling, look for people that own these ships or corporations and just cold call em.

P.S. know all the specs before you call or list etc.

 

@TalentedWriters ok I understand you are a big man, then why you are not refunding my $150 that you took from me to make me a site that will generate some Adsense income every month, and when the site is doing nothing and I am asking you for a refund, you making excuses like you are out of town, will come back on 30th August 2012, and today is 2nd September 2012. you can advertise on newspaper and television.that will help you to search buyer.you can also use online for advertising you product.
