Buying Looking for an Indian writer|pay: INR 30/100 words

I need to hire a good Indian writer who can help me with my assignments.
pay for certain assignments will be INR 25/100 words and for some would be INR 30/ 100 words. If all goes well, I'll increase the pay
Only writers with more than 10 itraders shall apply. If your itrader count is less than 10, give me one reason as to why should I hire you.
Also, the writer should be available on Gtalk for most hours of the day and should be ready to accept orders.
