    I am looking for a partner in the forum business. We are building multiple forums under different topics and genre.

    Looking for people who know how to market and create a buzz. Who can moderate and admin forums, who have good posting forum etc. Partners will be considered on a per forum basis.

    Compensation will come from ad sales, and forum sale.

    You really will have to pay them up front.
    If I am going to develop a bunch of forums, or any sites, it would be for me only.
    Most people that would do this, would want money up front, as they can do it on there own without a partner.
    You would be better off just developing your forums and promoting them yourself.

    Wow, that's a rough business. Most successful forums (all of them?) are built by people with a knowledge of whatever niche the forum is in. I've been heavily involved in building one succesful forum and am building another as we speak, and can't imagine anyone who wasn't intimately familiar with the niche being able to do what I'm doing.

    I'm not trying to demean your business model. I do think you should think about this and consider whether or not you're going to do a lot of things OK but nothing very well - and a 'not very well' forum is no forum at all.

    Business model is and has been operating for over a year and is making ad dollars now in the upwards of 400 a month. I am not looking for a developer, as we have those already. Im looking for an interested marketer or admin.

    Getting a forum active requires a lot of work. You needs a few very active users to attact those viewing users.
