    I am looking for people who are rewrite articles well. NOT ARTICLE SPINNING. It is to paraphase and rewrite in own words.

    My budget is $1.50 per article. This is a long term job.

    $1.50 per 500 words, even if its only a rewrite, is woefully inadequate. It takes me sometimes longer to rewrite than to just write an article from scratch. Rewriting is still WRITING, so I think It should go for the same amount as just writing jobs

    I agree completely. Rewriting is as much an art as writing original content is. It is sometimes harder if the content that is being rewritten is of low quality.
