Looking for review on my ad placements

I have currently been working on my tech blog. It is still being tweaked here and there. I am trying to get an Adsense large block to display after the first or third post on the main page and other article pages. So I still want to add that and I was maybe thinking text link ad above the first post on the main page.

I am just trying to get some feedback about my blog/ad placements. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Hmmmmm what to do what to do

 

On my opnion, Just replace the large skyscrapper in the right sidebar to the content area with large rectangle. Also just focus on the inner pages as usually visitor from search engine is coming on inner pages.

 

Thanks for the feedback. I changed the side to a large and also bumped it up to the top so that it is "above the fold" to give the front page and posts more ad exposure.
