Looking for some website feedback please

Hi, I have an online business that has been going for around 6 months, offering people the opportunity to work from home by creating mobile websites for businesses. I have a sound product and fantastic members area that includes step by step course on how to install the script, where to find customers and how to approach them.... There are currently just over 250 members on the site but most of these sales have been through auction listings, not the actual website itself. Everyone has left me Stirling feedback and many people have even gone on to create there own home business.... but i don't know why i am not getting many sales through the site, could you please take a look and tell me what area's you think need improving and what i can do to get more conversions. The site is getting a steady amount of traffic with around 100 unique visitors a day.. i appreciate all criticism.

I clicked on it and I see the main and super easy problem to fix in 2 minutes but without it you are dead. I didn't look after down the list. Don't feel bad this is most people (me 2) when starting. The problem is not desired way for people to get on your list at a high rate, that has to be fixed. Good luck.

You need to put an optin so you can build a list without that you are not going to have success. Like get them on on aweber. Sorry I was born in Serbia english is not my first language. But the key I'm telling you is if you are not capturing leads and building a relationship it's hard to be successful that is the same in any language. Good luck to you.
