Looking for someone to look over my adsense site

Removed the borders from the ads as per some suggestions here. Today, I had just over 2,000 impressions (is it against TOS to say that?), but only made about $2. The site includes both the main site (at the link) and the forums (viewable either through the main site or here: http://www.asianbeautyblog.com/forum )

    Thanks for the help :D

The more ads you get on page the better. Maybe add some at bottom of page. I know most say they do not get clicks but people do read down pages and maybe you could pick a few clicks up.

Best thing is if you can make site with left hand side menu and ad some adsense ads thier.

You should look into adding some linkunits - they can give you suprisingly good results.

I agree. Try adding link units above your navigation buttons.

Also, try playing around with different ad unit sizes! (250 X 250 unit beside your content box? Just minimize the width to fit it in properly)

rcj662: I'll get on it. I'm going to make a menu that lets you get to anywhere in the site with one click, on the sidebar.

Thanks for the advice, guys. =)

Added a nice big ad block in the first post of the weblog. Can anyone comment on if it's blended well or not? It seems like it to me, but I'm not very good at this =P

Perfect! Your ad placement is good but your site don't have high paying keywords.

The way you should do is

    1. Use Ad filter for any MFA site.
    2. Reduce quantity of ad, when you have a bit ad in page. google will choose the highest paying ad show in your site.

    hope it help!

    ColdMoney: Didn't think about that.

Just spent a few minutes dropping all of the poor quality sites (What I believe were MFA sites, pretty much anything with "Free" in the title, and all of the sites that just looked like link directory type sites)

Going to wait for adsense to update and then I'll remove more of them.

    Thanks for the tip!

I have a few ads on my site that point to www . chatterbean . com. I'm thinking about removing them, just because I don't see that site selling anything, and as such, paying like crap.

I'm assuming there's no way to find out exactly how much the sites pay, right?

Also, since a lot of people seem to be doing it, is it really a good idea to be paying for traffic to an adsense site? It seems counterintuitive.
