Looking for webhost that allows proper .htaccess permissions

Hi all,

I am looking for a Webhost that will allow me to write proper .htaccess files.
Something like,

RewriteEngine On
Options +Followsymlinks
RewriteBase /
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -d
...

Code (markup):

I know almost every Webhost offer such a package but not many explicitly tell you about it until it’s too late.

I also need at least 1Gb of traffic a day, PHP and MySQL db.

Any good suggestions?
Can you actually give me a link to the package rather than telling me 'godaddy.com' or 'oneandone.co.uk' as I suspect they already offer such packages.

Are my sites, both are reselling hosting.
Each one is a different company.
Yourhosthere, I have not had much experience with the company behind it.
Dawghost, I have had for some time, plenty of experience with the company.
Most of my sites are hosted there.
.htaccess is same on both.
Going with dawghost would probably be better.
The plan with 50gb transfer per month is close to what you want at 1gb a day.

The large account seems to be what I need, but again it does not say anything about the .haccess.
In fact it does not even say if it has an MySQL database or PHP, (although I suspect it has one).

I has .htaccess rights and options, I am using it at the moment for mod_rewrite and more.

These two definitely allow .htaccess rewrites and have PHP/mySQL with unlimited domains and databases:

I've been using ASO quite a bit but I recently setup a HostGator account and the shared server is much faster with them.
